Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our royal support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the product.

  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your request and, for custom portraits, provide a free revision or approve a replacement if the item arrived damaged.

  Ship the Item

  If a return is required, securely package your item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive your return or approve your claim, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your brand new replacement artwork.
