How do I upload the best photo for my portrait?
For the best results, upload a high-resolution, clear photo taken in natural lighting. Ensure the subject is looking directly at the camera and no parts of the face or hair are cropped out of the frame.
How long does the design and shipping process take?
Our artists typically complete your digital preview within 2-3 business days. Once approved, printing and shipping take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I see a preview before my order is printed?
Yes, we offer unlimited revisions! You will receive a digital proof via email to review and approve before we send your masterpiece to our printing facility.
What happens if I am not happy with my portrait?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with the initial preview, our artists will work with you on revisions until it's perfect. If the physical product arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement immediately.
What materials are used for the canvases?
